3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Appointment Scheduling

Appointments can be made through our website, by phone, or via email. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

3.3 Late Arrivals

If our specialist arrives at the scheduled time and you are not available, a waiting period of 15 minutes will be observed. After this period, the appointment may be considered cancelled, and cancellation fees may apply.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion of the appointment. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash payment to the service provider
  • Bank transfer to our designated account
  • Online payment through our secure payment gateway

All prices are listed in Bulgarian Lev (BGN) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Маникюр На Дому, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate contact information and address details for at-home services
  2. Inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to service
  3. Ensure a clean and appropriate workspace is available for the service provider
  4. Treat our service providers with respect and professionalism
  5. Be present at the scheduled appointment time

6. Health and Safety

We prioritize the health and safety of both our clients and service providers. All equipment is sanitized according to industry standards. Clients with contagious conditions or infections should reschedule their appointments. We reserve the right to refuse service if health and safety concerns arise.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

Kiquti and its service providers take every precaution to ensure quality service. However, we cannot be held liable for:

  • Allergic reactions to products (when proper disclosure was not provided)
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions
  • Natural nail damage that existed prior to service
  • Results that may vary based on individual nail conditions

8. Intellectual Property

11. Service Area

Our at-home services are currently available in София and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary based on location and demand. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in София, Bulgaria.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any legal action or proceeding related to your use of our services shall be instituted in the courts of България.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
